What’s a Woodloch Play Day?
Enjoy a full day of play at Woodloch Pines for you plus 4 immediate family members… 4 TIMES PER YEAR!*
This benefit may be enjoyed once every quarter.
Arrive as early as 10am and stay through the evening entertainment.
HOW TO RESERVE
Reservations MUST be made by calling x8002.
Reservations may be made no more than 90 days in advance.
Max of 20 staff reservations on any given day.
Active employment and ID# is required to hold reservations.
Meals are not included but can be added if there is space in the dining room. Staff may use Woodloch Dollars or meal comps in available.
TERMS & CONDITIONS*
Immediate family includes spouse/partner and children.
$25 for additional immediate family members with a max of 9 total family guests.
Quarters are defined as: Jan 1st – Mar 31st, Apr 1st – Jun 30th, Jul 1st – Sep 30th, and Oct 1st – Dec 31st.
Does not include meals or amenities requiring an extra fee.
All reservations are subject to availability; blackout dates include, but are not limited to the following packages: July 4th, Christmas, and New Year’s.
