After downloading, navigate to your apps and open Woodloch.

Click activities and then view the daily activity sheet.

STEP 3

Select the category of your first activity or event, or view all.

STEP 4

Select the item you want to schedule.

STEP 5

Sign up for an available time slot.

Notes on amenities and scheduled activities.

• Each day, time slots for resort amenities and scheduled activities are opened.
• Use the daily activity sheet to plan out your day, then go to the activities section of the app.
• Choose an appointment, enter your information, and then confirm. It’s that easy!
• Confirmations will be emailed to the address supplied and can be used to build your daily itinerary.
• Some activities may not be available on any given day, so confirm with the activity sheet that the one you want is available.

Entertainment.

• Some events at Woodloch are live streamed and can be accessed by entering the Woodloch+ (Plus) section of our site under activities.
• The password to access Woodloch+ will be listed on the activity sheet daily.

Menus.

• If you’re on a meal plan, your daily menus and order / pick up times can be found here.
• For those staying in a vacation rental home or on a 2 meal plan, you can view other Woodloch dining options, hours, and restaurant specials here.

More.

• The app is the best way to view our property maps from your mobile device.
• You can access Woodloch’s directory, shops, real estate information, surrounding amenities, and car service contact info from the main screen of our app.
