Where can I find directions to Woodloch?
What time/days are check in / check out?
Check-out is 11:00 AM at all properties unless otherwise specified. Guaranteed check-in time is 5:00 PM on Monday-Saturday, and 6:00 PM on Sunday or holidays.
What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, cash, and checks.
What should I bring?

We suggest bringing a day bag with essentials for your arrival day, that way you can take full advantage of the activities before your room is ready.
What is your Guest Policy?
We are a family-friendly resort; therefore, we have dress and conduct policies that we enforce for the safety and comfort of our guests. Disrespectful conduct or behavior, such as vulgarity, intoxication, theft, excessive rowdiness, excessive noise, and all other actions that negatively impact our guests or staff will not be permitted. We reserve the right to expulsion from the facility without refund for anyone who does not comply with this policy.

What is your pet policy?
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the Woodloch Pines property. We do have some pet friendly houses at our nearby property, Woodloch Springs. There is an applicable $300.00 non-refundable, deep pet-cleaning fee for up to 2 animals. Pets must be crated, caged or in the garage area when you are away from the rental home.
Service Animals: Woodloch adheres to Title II and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and all service animals as defined by the ADA are welcome at Woodloch Pines and Woodloch Springs.
Support Animals: Guests wishing to bring a support animal, comfort animal, or therapy dog to the resort must provide an ESA letter written by a Licensed Mental Health Professional containing the Health Professional’s license type, date of license, license number and issuing state. A statement from you animals vet confirming the animal’s current health, vaccinations, and demeanor must also be provided. There is an applicable $300.00, non-refundable fee.
Reserving Pet Friendly Accommodations:
The pet friendly homes must be reserved in advance of your stay and are subject to availability at the time of booking. If you fail to make proper arrangements in advance, Woodloch reserves the right to deny overnight accommodations with forfeiture of deposit. If we are able to change your accommodation type and the home has a different price, you will be charged the difference. If a pet is discovered in your accommodation that was not disclosed to us, you will be charged our standard pet fee of $300 plus an inconvenience fee of $1000. We ask that all guests are mindful of our policy as having an animal in a non-approved home could severely impact another guest’s stay. We thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
What is your smoking policy?
Smoking is not allowed in our rooms or houses. Additional housekeeping (scrubbing walls and furnishings and shampooing carpets and drapes) due to the presence of cigarette smoke will result in an additional charge of $300.00 to your bill. We have designated outside smoking areas on property.
Do you have a dress code?
Dress is generally casual in our main dining room. During all meals, shoes and shirts are required, and bathing suits are not permitted. T-shirts, baseball caps or knit hats are not permitted during dinner on Theme Night, collared shirts are strongly recommended. Our Theme Nights are typically Saturdays year-round, with exceptions during certain holiday packages and the summer.
Do you have internet/wifi access?
Yes, it’s free of charge and will appear on your Wifi capable device as Guestlinx. There is no password for access.
What activities and amenities do you offer?
We offer an array of 30 plus scheduled activities daily as well as resort amenities.
What are the dining options?
The Main Dining Room at Woodloch Pines Resort is the location for your meals if you opt to stay on our meal plan. Other options include:
- The Country Store, our on-property deli
- The North Lodge snack bar
- The Market convenience store, deli, and gas station
- The Woodloch Springs Club House, home to two restaurants — The Grille Room and the Overlook — as well as our Vista Dining Room.
During our peak season, The Inn at Woodloch is open to guests as well as the Beach Grille and Pool Snack Bar.
What is your loss, damage or theft policy?
Woodloch is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Do you offer tours?
We do offer tours. If you are interested in a tour, please call our reservations department so that we can schedule one for you, or click here.
Is there free parking?
Yes. Please display a Woodloch parking pass on your vehicles at each of our three properties.
Can I buy a day pass to Woodloch?
Unfortunately, we do not offer day passes to use the activities on Woodloch Pines property. This is a privilege reserved exclusively for our overnight guests.
Do you offer transportation?
Yes. The Woodloch Pines shuttle runs from 8am until late-night, daily on the Woodloch Pines property only and makes stops at all building entrances at approximately 15-minute intervals, but with multiple buses running at a time, it’s unlikely you’ll need to wait this long. Unfortunately, the shuttle does not travel to Woodloch Springs or The Lodge at Woodloch.
Is there a fitness center?
There is a fitness center above the Pool in Springbrook on our main resort property. There is also the Springs Sports Complex located at our nearby sister property, Woodloch Springs.
Is there an accessible ATM?
Yes. There is an ATM located outside of the Heritage Night Club on the Woodloch Pines property and also one located inside The Market at Woodloch.
Do you have a wheelchair accessible facility?
In most cases with some limitations.
What are your specials or packages?
We offer special rates throughout the year. These can be found on our Special Packages page or by signing up for our monthly email here.
What is the alcohol policy at Woodloch?
Outside alcohol is permitted on all of our properties. Sale and/or consumption of alcohol to anyone under the age of 21 is prohibited and against state and federal laws. PA laws prohibits outside alcoholic beverages in our dining rooms, pool areas, beach or sports bar, or anywhere alcohol is sold.
Do you offer luggage assistance?
Yes. Tipping is appreciated as this is not included in the gratuity portion of your bill.
As a guest of Woodloch, can I use the spa facilities at The Lodge at Woodloch?
Woodloch Pines guests can book appointments for treatments 14 days in advance by calling 570.685.8000 Option #2 for the Spa Concierge, based on availability at The Lodge at Woodloch. Spa reservations provide access to the spa and water facilities 1 hour prior to the treatment and 1 hour after. Please note that activities, classes, and exercise facilities are reserved exclusively for guests of The Lodge at Woodloch. Do you have an electric vehicle charging station?
We have three Tesla Brand Level 2 chargers at the Woodloch Pines Resort main property. One is located at the phone building in the upper Night Club parking lot and two are located at the Mt. Laurel parking lot garage building.
We also have adapters to connect the universal J-Plug (SAE J1772) that all other US made electric vehicles use.
All electric vehicles come with a 120 volt (NEMA 5-15), standard receptacle outlet charger cord. They can charge in any standard household wall outlet. This however takes 8 plus hours for a full charge
*We will be increasing the amount of chargers we have on property in the near future.
Are alcoholic beverages included?
We promote a family-centric inclusive experience, where alcoholic beverages are not included.
What housekeeping services are offered?
For your convenience, daily room make ups are available for American Plan guests via appointment only which can be arranged through the front desk, or by dialing zero from your room phone. Fresh linens and refuse removal can be arranged any time with the front desk.
Reservations
What is your cancellation policy?
Your deposit is refundable upon receipt of cancellation fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date, less a $25 administrative fee. If your cancellation is received less than fourteen days in advance, we will hold your deposit for a future reservation, which must be made within two years. Cancellation with less than five (5) days notice will result in forfeiture of deposit. In the event of a no-show, late arrival, or early departure you are responsible for the full value of the stay.

Do you offer group rates?
Yes, if your party has 20 or more adults (age 20 or older) you may qualify for group rates depending upon your desired dates.
When can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made 24/7 through our online booking engine. Please call our Reservations Department from 8:00am – 6pm EST Mondays through Fridays and from 8:00am – 5:30pm EST on Saturdays and Sundays.
How old do I have to be to reserve a room?
21 years or older.
What type of rooms are available?
Details are available for each room type by clicking here. We also offer vacation rental accommodations at Woodloch Pines Resort and nearby Woodloch Springs.
What is included within the houses?
Homes on both our properties are fully equipped. Everything you need is in your house from linens and towels to dishes and soaps. Daily housekeeping is only available when staying on our inclusive American Plans. Staying in a house at either Woodloch Springs or our Main Resort property entitles you to full access to all activities, resort amenities, and nightly entertainment.
Are linens, towels, soap, etc. in the houses?
Yes, all our homes are fully equipped for your stay.
Do you have dish soap available?
Yes, dish soap is provided in all rooms/houses with kitchens or by calling the Front Desk at 570-685-8300.
What is the service charge?
18% service charge will be added to your account and is shared among all service staff, with the exception of luggage and cocktail/bar staff.
What is the vacation rental occupancy?
Occupancy in our vacation rentals are between 6 and 12 people, including children, depending upon the Vacation Rental you occupy. If the maximum occupancy limit is exceeded, an additional per person, per day, charge will be applied.
Activities
What’s the Woodloch Activity Sheet?
With so much going on, it’s helpful to have a Woodloch Activity Sheet. You can find one at the Front Desk, your breakfast table, on Woodloch TV or even download it straight to your mobile phone using the QR Code on the map or by clicking here.
Please take note that many of our activities only occur once during your stay, and many of our amenities will be open at later times.
Do pools provide towels or should I bring my own?
Anywhere there’s water- towels are provided for you. Towels provided are standard size. Please pack your own, if you prefer a larger beach towel.
What times do the pool/aquatic areas close?
The indoor pool at Woodloch Pines is open from 10:00am to 9:00pm and the outdoor pool is from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm unless otherwise specified. The pools at the Woodloch Springs Sports Complex open at 6:00 am for adults only and then are open at 10:00 am to 9:00 pm for all ages, unless otherwise specified. These hours are subject to change.
Are kids allowed in the hot tub?
You must be 14 years of age or older to utilize our hot tubs, with the exception of a Junior hot tub at the Woodloch Pines pool that is reserved for children ages 7 and older and it is set at a lower temperature for their safety.
Are there locker rooms in the pool area?
There are female, male, and family locker rooms in our Woodloch Pines pool area. There are male and female locker rooms at the Woodloch Springs Sports Complex.
The food/beverage policy at the pool?
For everyone’s safety and convenience, only food and drinks sold at the outdoor pool at Wodloch Pines and the Sport Complex are permitted.
Activity Bracelets
Activity Bracelets… In order to assure that only Woodloch guests are using our facilities, activity bracelets are given to our guests upon check-in during peak packages. The bracelet allows Woodloch guests access to all activities and amenities as well as evening entertainment.
Teen Activity Bracelets
Any teenager in your group should receive a “Teen Bracelet” upon check-in. If they do not receive one, please stop at the Front Desk. Some events and entertainment are for teens and adults only.
What activities do you offer?
Join in over 30 home-grown, social activities scheduled daily or explore dozens of year-round and seasonal amenities such as a six sided rock climbing wall, indoor and outdoor pools, bumper cars, go karts, bumper boats, kayaking, snow tubing, ice skating and so much more. What activities are available on the lake?
Kayaking, paddle boarding, paddle and row boating, sailing, water-skiing, swimming, waterslide, fishing (with PA license), and scenic tours.
Is fishing allowed at this resort?
Yes, with a PA license, available for purchase online at: https://www.fishandboat.com/Fishing/Buy-License/Pages/default.aspx. We have a specific dock designated for fishing on our lake. There are fishing supplies to purchase in the giftshop although we do not rent fishing supplies.
What extra cost activities do you offer?
There is an extra cost for the rifle range, batting cages, game rooms, mini bowling, and activities in our Adventures & Passions Series some of which are Archery Wars and Paintball Wars. Read more here.
What is there to do in the winter?
Winter activities include snow tubing, ice skating, snow shoeing, and winter Olympics.
What does nightly entertainment mean?
Family-friendly, nightly entertainment at our resort includes a Broadway-Style Theme Show, our hilarious staff show, live music, comedy acts, professional jugglers or magicians.
Woodloch Springs
Can guests of Woodloch Pines access Woodloch Springs?
Yes, everything open to guests of Woodloch Springs is open to guests of Woodloch Pines by showing your Woodloch activity bracelet. All Woodloch Pines activities, amenities, and entertainment are open to guests of Woodloch Springs.
Where do I check in if I’m staying at Woodloch Springs?
Registration for vacation rentals at Woodloch Springs is now at the Reception Center at The Market at Woodloch! Head to 1623 PA 590, Hawley PA to check-in to your vacation rental. Reception Center hours are 8 AM – 5 PM Saturday through Thursday and 8 AM – 7 PM Friday. If arriving after hours, please check in at Woodloch Pines Resort (check-in available 24 hours.)
Where do I park when staying at Woodloch Springs?
There are two parking spaces allotted per unit for you and your guests. Garage door openers will be provided, and you are encouraged to utilize this parking space. *There is a $50 charge for lost garage door openers. *All additional vehicles must be parked in the Clubhouse or Pool lot. Guests are not allowed to park RV’s, boats or trailers within the community.
Can non-guests purchase use of the outdoor pool at Woodloch Springs?
No. The outdoor pool is for residents of the Woodloch Springs community and guests staying at Woodloch.
When is the Woodloch Springs Sports Complex closed?
The Sports Complex at Woodloch Springs is closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. These are the only 2 days out of the year that the facility is closed.
Do you offer towel service?
Yes. Towels, soap in the showers, and hair dryers are all supplied.
Can I bring a guest with me to use the Woodloch Springs Sports Complex facility?
Yes. The adult day pass costs $12.50 and children ages 13 and under cost $7.50 for a day. Call for the most updated pricing.
Are your personal trainers certified?
Yes. Our personal trainers have either a certification or a degree in the exercise science field.
Can my child use the fitness center if I am with him/her?
No. The fitness center is an adult only facility, therefore we strictly adhere to our policy of being 16 years of age or older to use the fitness center.
What is the Dress Code at Woodloch Springs?
Appropriate attire is required at all times. Shirts should be worn at all times in all areas outside the pool.
The Vista & Terrace Dining Rooms… Pants or golf shorts and collared shirts with sleeves are required for men. Dresses, skirts, pants or mid-length shorts and blouses for women; jeans are permitted for breakfast and lunch only.
The Clubhouse Grille Room… Jeans are permitted. Baseball caps, bathing suits, cutoffs, gym shorts or tank tops are not permitted in the Grille Room.

What is the signature hole at Woodloch Springs?
The outstanding signature 14th hole requires a dramatic 220-yard carry over “Hells Gate Gorge” which is carved from the Poconos rugged mountainside by rushing water some 200 feet below.
Can I bring a cooler onto the course?
Coolers are not permitted on the Woodloch Springs Golf Course.
Are beverages provided on the course?
Yes. There is a beverage cart that travels the course for your convenience.
What’s the standard pace of play?
4.5 hours.
Do you have a driving range?
The ProShop at Woodloch Springs is equipped with a 9-18 hole simulator and Virtual Driving Range as well as a state-of-the-art performance studio.
Can children golf at Woodloch Springs?
Yes, we encourage it. The Country Club at Woodloch Springs Golf Academy offers programs and private lessons for golfers of all ages.
