Additional Adults

For more than two adults in each room there is a 20% reduction in each additional adult rate (except Woodloch Springs' Guest Homes (e). Two bedroom Mt. Laurel Suites require a minimum of four adult rates.

Age Restrictions

Certain activities at the resort require minimum heights and ages; please read the in-room directory upon arrival for restrictions. Theme Show Presentation in the Nightclub is for teens and adults only.

Check In

To ensure your room meets our high standard of cleanliness, it will be available for occupancy by 5:00 p.m. Monday – Saturday, 6:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays.

Check Out

Check out time at Woodloch Pines is 11 a.m. unless stated otherwise. Checkout at Woodloch Springs is 11 a.m., with the exception of Sunday when check-out is 1 p.m.

Additional Charges

Cribs: $20 per stay. Microwave: $20 per stay. $150 for smoking in room. Babysitting: $7.00 per hour for one child, plus $1.00 per hour for each additional child up to, and not to exceed, 5 children (for example, 3 children =$9.00 per hour).
Due to the traveling time of our babysitters, there is a minimum fee of $30 per sitter.

Deposit

All reservations require a minimum deposit of at least $300 which is refundable with 30 days notification. If cancellation is received less than 30 days in advance, the deposit will be held for a future reservation which must be made within two years. Cancellation with less than 5 days notice will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Dress Code

Appropriate attire is required at all times.
Main Dining Room: dress is casual, with the exception of our Theme Night every Saturday (and Wednesday during July & August), when jackets are requested for men. During all meals, shoes and shirts are required and bathing suits are not allowed. T-shirts and baseball caps are not allowed during dinner.
Golf Course: Improperly dressed golfers will be asked to change before playing.

Dining Rooms

For guests on our Non-Traditional Plan, dining reservations can be made at any of our restaurants listed below by calling 1-800-784-3466. Please note that reservations are required and space is limited.

Vista Dining Room: Dress is smart-casual (collared shirt, no jeans).
Terrace Dining Room: Dress is the same as the Vista Dining Room. Open only to teenage and adult diners.
Clubhouse Grille Room: Relaxed dress (jeans permitted).
Main Dining Room at Woodloch Pines: Relaxed dress (jeans permitted, shirt & shoes required). Gentleman are requested to wear jackets on Theme Nights.

Pets

No pets allowed. Service animals are welcome.

Rates

American Plan rates are per person based on double occupancy and do not include state and local tax and 15% service charge. Non-Traditional rates do not include taxes or service charge. All rates are per package and are subject to change without notice. Late arrival or early departure will not warrant a reduction.

Single

For single adult occupancy, there will be an additional 20% charge.

Transportation

Transportation is available to and from certain airports and bus/train stops in the area with the fee dependent upon location. Please be sure to confirm arrival time when making transportation arrangements.
